In the dynamic realm of business, it's the nuanced interplay between people, purpose, and profit that truly fascinates me. 

My journey hasn't been a straight path; it's been a series of strategic pivots and self-driven learning, providing me with a unique lens to view and sculpt workplace culture.

My initial foray into the business sector was as a temporary assistant in various workplaces. This experience was unexpectedly enlightening. From the quiet, low-energy atmosphere of a local real estate agency to the vivacious environment of a recruitment company, I had a front-row seat to the diverse tapestry of workplace cultures


These stints didn't just expose me to different office operations; they helped form an instinctual ability to gauge the underlying vibes of an organization. I quickly learned that the nuances of a workplace culture – the energy, the dynamics, the unwritten codes – play a pivotal role in influencing employee engagement, productivity, and overall business success.

My subsequent positions in support roles within the corporate banking and accounting sectors not only solidified these views but also enriched them, offering deeper insights into the complex interplay of office politics, employee engagement, and the resulting workplace culture dynamics.

But it was my sales and marketing position in a signwriting business that introduced me to branding and it’s profound impact on business objectives. It wasn't just about logos or aesthetics; it was about the strategy behind the brand, the narrative it conveyed and the ripple effect it created in the marketplace.


Fast forward to establishing my design and brand strategy business, Logo Logo. 

At Logo Logo, my interactions extended well beyond design. I engaged in-depth with numerous business owners, delving into their business histories and future aspirations. Through these conversations, I consulted on their positioning strategy, ensuring it was in harmony with their core values, crystallising their messaging while crafting the complementary visuals to encapsulate their brand story. 


The business landscape has dramatically changed.  Like many, I began to notice businesses struggling more and more with their workplace culture dynamics.  While I love visuals and aesthetics - I love working on strategy even more.  I began to envision how I could have more impact by applying many of the same principles that guide a robust brand strategy to shaping a company's internal culture. 

With this insight, I launched From The Get Go in 2021, focusing on the strategic development of workplace cultures.
